With so many fast food options in the world and so many that are irresistibly cheap, how can we change our lifestyles to stop eating so much food that is bad for us?


Main ideas:

  • Try air fryer with a spray bottle of vegitable oil - healthier than frying.

  • Use a microwave to quickly cook frozen food that is good for you or is good quality.

  • Remember how you felt after eating fast food eg. Dominos - was it a good feeling?

  • Work out how much it would cost for a full meal at the fast food chain.

  • Make a list of all the reasonably healthy things that you enjoy and keep them in stock in your house.
